C Series C Series bodhrans afford the player a fine quality instrument at a modest price. These drums are constructed of superior materials, have an excellent tone and a hallmark design that will bring your playing to a new level. These bodhrans feature round walnut crossbars that are fixed into position, a non-separating goatskin head, a one-piece steam bent body make of quarter-sawn oak and a durable, semi-gloss finish.

D Series These bodhrans are a step up from the C Series with a fine grain, figured oak body and an upgraded goatskin head. They have superb tone and a rich look of class that reflects their handmade workmanship. D Series bodhrans feature a set of walnut crossbars that are both removable and adjustable to three different heights. These crossbars are offset for ease of locating the center of the head for playing the octave. A mother of pearl dot on the outside of the body quickly references the correct quadrant. Multi-coated, durable finish and above features accent this fine drum.

E Series If you have ever experienced that disappointing situation where the drum head is too wobbly to perform, then you will immediately appreciate our E Series bodhrans. These internally tunable drums have 11 cams, which enable the player to quickly adjust the head tension up or down. This special feature is unique to Buck drums and eliminates the external bracketing often seen on other tunable bodhrans. E Series also feature the same type of crossbars found in our D Series drums. In addition, this model is given an extra coat of finish and has two concentric decorative grooves to accent the external wall. Finally, you can rest assured that we have reserved our best wood and finest AAA goatskin heads for use in these top quality instruments.

F Series We include all the features of our E Series drums and add white binding, checkered green, blonde and black wood purfling, and green underlay to this drum’s appointments. A large slotted mother of pearl diamond is inlaid into the outside wall, upgrading the round pearl locating dot in our D and E Series. Two extra coats of finish and our 1 in 100 head selection are used to further enhance the appearance, durability and tonal excellence of this series. Special order model.
